The texts on this website, including the blog articles, are general and for information only. They do not replace a lawyer’s advice on your specific case: every situation is different and the law may change. Before making a decision, talk to us.

When the lawyer-client relationship begins

Writing to us through the form, by email or on WhatsApp does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship. That relationship begins when we agree in writing on the scope of the service and the fees. Until then, we recommend that you do not send us documents or confidential information we have not asked for.

Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

  • Submit false information or impersonate another person.
  • Try to access systems or data without permission, or interfere with how the website works.
  • Use the form to send advertising or bulk messages.

The texts, logo, photographs, videos and design of this website belong to FM Abogados & Notarios or are used under licence. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reproduce their content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The website includes links to third-party services such as Google Maps or WhatsApp. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Liability

We strive to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that the website will work without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the website’s content.
